Group Classes & Summer Programs

Can I cancel my registration?
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable.

What happens if my child misses a class?
Missed classes cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled.

Program changes or withdrawals
Once a program has started, refunds are not available for withdrawals or missed sessions. If a student is unable to continue for unforeseen circumstances, we encourage families to reach out and we will do our best to offer reasonable solutions where possible.

One-on-One Tutoring

Can I reschedule a tutoring session?
Yes. Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

What happens if I cancel on short notice?
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session fee.

Unused sessions / packages
All tutoring packages must be used within a designated expiry period. All tutoring packages expire 8 weeks from the date of the first scheduled session. Unused sessions may not be carried forward beyond the expiry date unless otherwise agreed in advance.
